By creating an account in the Onoera app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years (recommended to be at least 16 years old) old to use Onoera. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.
4 USER ACCOUNTS
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
6. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Onoera provides breathwork exercises for general wellness purposes only. The content in this app is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new breathing practice, especially
if you have a pre-existing medical condition (e.g., cardiovascular disease, respiratory conditions,
pregnancy, or a history of anxiety or panic disorders)
• Stop any exercise immediately if you feel dizzy, unwell, or experience discomfort
• Never practice breathwork while driving or operating machinery
By using Onoera, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in Onoera — including but not limited to text, audio, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Onoera and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce,
distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. PRIVACY
Your use of Onoera is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by
reference.
9. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Onoera at any time, with or without notice,
for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
10. DISCLAIMERS
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ONOERA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app
or via email. Continued use of Onoera after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
