Ibiza Weekend Retreat

Jan 20-24, 2027

Aug 21–25, 2026

Four days in Ibiza to pause, gain clarity, and consciously choose what comes next.

About the retreat

Life can become full very quickly. Responsibilities accumulate. Decisions need to be made. Work, relationships, expectations, and ambitions compete for attention. We keep moving, often without noticing how little space there is to pause and ask a fundamental question:

Is all this movement taking me in the direction I actually want to go?

Sometimes we know exactly where we are heading, but sense that something needs to change. Sometimes we have been running for so long that we have lost touch with what we are running towards. And sometimes we have reached a point where the old direction no longer feels right, but the next chapter has not yet become clear.

This retreat offers something different:

Four days with less noise, fewer demands, and more space to step out of the momentum of everyday life, take stock, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Together with a small group of 6–8 like-minded people, we share a beautiful villa in Ibiza — creating a balance between community and solitude. There is a shared space to connect, eat, talk, and explore together, while each person has their own private room and plenty of time to retreat, reflect, walk, rest, or simply be.

There is nothing you need to achieve here. The invitation is to step out of your usual environment and create enough space to look at your life from a little distance:

Where am I now? What am I moving towards? What is working? What is asking to change? And, perhaps most importantly, what do I want the next chapter to be about?

Space for Clarity:

Throughout the retreat, Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) forms a central part of our shared practice. The continuous rhythm of the breath brings attention out of the head and into the body. It supports nervous-system regulation and helps release accumulated tension, while creating the conditions for emotions, sensations, and insights to surface.

CCB can be a powerful way to move beyond simply thinking about what is happening in your life and begin to experience it more directly. As the nervous system settles and the body becomes more available, things can become clearer: what has been demanding your energy, what you may have been carrying, what feels aligned, and what no longer does.

The intention is not to force an answer. It is to create enough space for something more truthful to emerge — and for choice to become possible.

Time to go Deeper:

Alongside the group breathwork, you will have generous amounts of unstructured time. Time to be alone. Time to walk, swim, read, journal, sleep, sit in the sun, or do nothing at all. Time away from the constant input and expectations of everyday life. And time to explore what may be asking for your attention — whether that is a decision, a transition, a relationship, your work, your wellbeing, or simply a sense that something needs to change.

For some, this may mean realigning the direction they are already moving in. For others, it may mean making space for a new direction to emerge. The point is not to leave with a perfectly defined five-year plan. It is to leave with a clearer sense of what matters, what needs to shift, and what you want to move towards.

1:1 Space:

The retreat also offers the possibility to go deeper through individual sessions with Bjoern and Sophie.

You can book up to two 1:1 mentoring sessions with Bjoern. His work combines deep business expertise with breathwork and embodiment, supporting people through growth, major decisions, complexity, and periods of change. The sessions can create space for both strategic clarity and emotional stability — helping you make decisions from a more grounded state, develop greater self-trust, and find a way forward that feels aligned and sustainable.

You can also book up to two 1:1 sessions with Sophie. Her approach brings together sustainable performance, stress management, emotional clarity, and nervous-system regulation. Through coaching, science-based practices, and breathwork, she supports you in building resilience, reconnecting with your inner compass, and navigating periods of transition or the desire to grow into a new chapter — without sacrificing your wellbeing.

These sessions are optional, allowing you to shape the retreat around what you need.

A small Community:

The group is intentionally small. Six to eight people sharing four days in the same space creates the possibility for something that is increasingly rare: real connection without networking, performance, or an agenda. You may come with different lives, backgrounds, and questions, but with a similar desire to step out of the usual rhythm and create space for what matters. There will be shared meals, conversations, breathwork, and moments together — as well as complete permission to disappear into your own space whenever you need it.

Four days to pause. To breathe. To take stock. To choose what comes next.

You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to change. You only need to create enough space to ask the questions that are difficult to hear while you're running.
