We’re looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, curious human with depth to work directly with us, Sophie and Bjoern, onoera’s founders. This is our first hire, and it’s not a traditional job role — it’s a close collaboration and a shared journey.

This role is not just about what you do, but also about who you become along the way. Working at onoera means stepping into the same work we offer externally.

This role is a path of personal development as much as it is a professional role. You won’t just support onoera — you’ll actively walk the path yourself.

You’ll experience and learn the same tools we live and teach:

· Breathwork
· Meditation
· Coaching principles
· Self-reflection and nervous system awareness
· Authentic communication and inner alignment

What this actually looks like

We can’t tell you and you need to be okay with that. The work shifts with the needs of the business — and with what you’re naturally good at.

Some weeks you might:

· Support client communication or speaking opportunities

· Help shape and execute new offerings, events, or formats

· Reach out to podcast hosts or potential collaborators

· Help execute and grow our social media and content

· Research and source locations for retreats or experiences

· Organise travel, logistics, and admin so things run smoothly

· Be present and hands-on during retreats or in-person experiences

This role will evolve with the company — and with you.

Travel is part of the journey

This role requires a strong willingness to move as we spend a lot of our time travelling. Having a base in Berlin is preferred, but not required.

Ideally you feel at home in movement, change, and uncertainty.

This role is for someone who:

· Is self-directed and entrepreneurial

· Has depth — emotionally, intellectually, humanly

· Feels drawn to personal development, inner work, and exploring the mystery of life

· Is willing to actively engage in breathwork, meditation, and coaching

· Can move between reflection and execution

· Wants their work to support authentic growth, not just productivity
